The purpose of this study is to find out how to deal with problems, stages of problem solving, strategies and solutions carried out in solving Educational Management Problems. This study is a qualitative study with data described descriptively regarding the use of libraries known as library research studies. The results obtained in this study are professional educational management, a manager is required to always be required to make changes towards being more dynamic. Facilities and infrastructure are important supporting elements in the education process to achieve educational goals. Therefore, Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Chapter XII, Article 45, educational units are required to fulfill educational facilities and infrastructure. Educational institutions with a pesantren style have certain advantages but also have their own weaknesses. The method used in this article is a type of qualitative research with library research, namely research whose subjects are library literature. The method used in this study is the study and analysis of data, especially from journals and books that are related to the topic of writing, data is analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of this study are There are so many benefits from the existence of groups in an organization, both benefits for individuals as part or members of the group and for the effectiveness of the work of an ongoing organization.
