This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic communication in building teamwork between Production Assistant (PA) and Creative teams at MNCTV SPORT. The research is motivated by the importance of effective communication in television sports production which is characterized by high work pressure, fast coordination, and professional demands. Islamic communication values are considered important in creating harmonious and productive teamwork in media organizations. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation during the internship process at MNCTV SPORT. The research subjects consisted of Production Assistants, Creative teams, and production coordinators directly involved in sports program production. The findings show that Islamic communication plays an important role in building teamwork through the implementation of honesty (shiddiq), responsibility (amanah), deliberation (musyawarah), politeness, and mutual respect. Islamic communication values improve work coordination, minimize miscommunication, and create a professional work environment. The study also found that Islamic communication values are applied not only in formal production communication but also in daily interactions among team members. This research contributes to the development of Islamic communication studies in television media industries, especially in teamwork within sports broadcasting production.
